Cant log into minecraft on launcher and wedsite

I can not log in to my minecraft account, after i type in my email and password it says "cant connect to server". this is only happening on my pc, my laptop is working fine, but on my pc i cant log in to the minecraft.net site or my launcher. i sent an email to mojang three days ago and still have not heard back im pretty upset that i cant log into a game that i paid for. anything i can do to fix this since mojang has been no help.
