Loading into minecraft dungeons, does not let me play online, to create nor join a session it days an error has occurred and its been like this for 3 weeks

When I open Dungoens the game does not let me play online this seems to only be an issue for the switch as my pc friend has no issue ,I cannot create a session or join one, it gives me an error ,I have logged out and in , it is updated to the latest version , and have tried everything I possibly could do to fix it, but it is most definitely something on your guys side , an attachment has been added with the message I see. Its been like this for 3 week....
