Hello my friend and I have a problem with minecraft dungeons I can't enter his world and then I get a message (connection timeout the connection to the host timed out) I have this problem for days and I don't know how to solve it

I have been having the same problem too. I have change Internet routers and tested the Internet connection, redownloaded thinking its the software. I don't know what else to do. Never had this problem before and now its been months since I have played with my friends. We play with the switch.
As of Version 1.16.2.0 released on October 19th it still has the problem. Tried with different internet connections. And doing everything like logging in and out of the account.
Yes, both nintendo switch have the the online subscriptions. We have tried everything under the moon that could possible fix the problem and nothing works. We haven't been able to play for months.

If after entering the Camp you go to Pause Menu > Connectivity, does "Minecraft API connection" show as "Disconnected"?

Went into connectivity status and on minecraft API connection it says ok.
Tried again connecting switch to switch and it still gives me the same message.
Version 1.17.0.0 was released today. Is this still an issue in this latest version?

Are both Nintendo Switches subscribed to Switch Online? This is required for online play on Nintendo Switch.
