Shield does not block eggs or snowballs

What I expected to happen was...:
The shield would block the normal eggs and snowballs

What actually happened was...:
You become a hit anyway while you activate the shild

Steps to Reproduce:
1. You have a shield and you click so that he gives everything to block or less damage
2. Someone throws an egg or a snowball
3. You become a hit anyway while you have the shield block-mode
