Screen freezes or begins to flash and loses connectivity

I was on Mineplex and everything was fine. Then I went to play single player and I was playing on high pixel. Once I spawned in, the screen began to change. It jumped around, and flashed, then crashed. I could not connect to the game any longer.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select Single Player High Pixel
2. Select to play skywars
