I lost my house so i turned on keepInventory and did /kill. I'm still here with 0 hearts.

I have 0 hearts now and can still walk around and break blocks/kill things, but can't pick anything up. My friend tried it on his computer in his world and the same thing happened. We both have Macs and think that this might be an issue.
