Generated item model has wrong rotation in left hand

Another model issue due to not specifying the rotation like MC-91869

Items in left hand use the same numbers for rotation as the right hand but should be flipped.

I'm assuming they should be mirrored like in the fix I made instead of how they are now.

Compasses and clocks should stay flipped or else they point in the wrong direction.
