Walk/Sprint bug - (FIXED)

Whenever I try to walk in my world it rubber bands me as if I was sneaking and un-sneaking very quickly. When I sprint It does not have this rubber banding issue. The world is a survival world with cheats enabled and keepinventory true and for a while I had the random tick rate up to 50 but now its back to normal. Also mob griefing is disabled
