Chunks not rendering correctly when rejoining world/server

Since the release of snapshots after 1.8.9, the Chunks are not rendering correctly when you leave a word/server. After restarting Minecraft, it will work again. Some chunks are however generated correctly. There is always one part of a chunk generated and duplicated for all other chunks. This bug happens on all worlds i got on my pc.

This bug also happens if you re-install Minecraft and Java.
