Minecraft is stuck at loading versions

My minecraft is stuck at loading versions, IT AFFECTS ALL VERSIONS btw, i have tried deleting versions, i can't open game dir anymore. The buttons are all unclickable, if i try clicking on create new profile or edit, nothing will actually happen. I have tried reinstalling and i have checked out on internet and people also had links to download minecraft but they didn't work for me either, i still have the same. I hope you can give good advice on how to fix this. Also please check the pictures and i can't access the game dir because the buttons are unclickable.
