Minecart with chest glitches through blocks.

While attempting to make an egg transport system using hoppers, minecarts with chests, and some pistons, I found that when the minecart should stop at the loading station it glitches through the block that stops it. This does not happen every time but about every 1 out of five times this occurs. It seems that this is only a bug with how this is shown because the piston is still able to push the minecart and it is still accessible with a right click, the hopper also still puts the eggs into the minecart. The rail that leads up to the block with the problem is not powered.
