MC-99387ArmorStands with {Marker:1b} are not affected by {Motion} or the Levitation Effect!
when you summon an ArmorStand with the Marker:1b Tag it wont be affected by the
{Motion:[]}tag or the Levitation effect as if it had the
{NoGravity:1b} tag!
