Piston Lighting Glitches

when a block is attached to the piston, the rod turns dark

HOW TO REPRODUCE:

1. place a piston (i used sticky, if it matters)
2.activate it
3.put a block in front of it (i used a solid block, if it matters)

the piston extended toward west
