i got a crash on my minecraft account my username is chicken_the_dog and i am also not able to see my normal character skin on my account the same for everyone else they all seem to be steves

I am not able to see my minecraft skin I am not also worried that I had my first crash on minecraft can you help me with both of them by getting me looking back to normal on minecraft and fix my crash issue
