Crash while in game.

Put the summary of the bug you're having here:
The game wasn't rendering correctly. The game was being glitchy and every step was a weird tp of different blocks.

What I expected to happen was...:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Made a new world with 1.9
2. Turned on PureBDcraft texture pack
3. It worked at first but after I left the world it didn't work with the pack or on default.
