When Ice is melted the water does flow

What I expected to happen was...:
When I put a light source nearby to an ice block I expected to becomes into a static water block like in older versions.

What actually happened was...:
The melted ice block becomes into water current like with a water buket.

I don´t know if it was a bug in older versions. Tha's because I wrote this. Sorry if my english is not correct at all

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Put an ice block with a light source nearby
2. Wait to the block becomes into water
