Sheep no longer spawn in chunks and worlds made in 1.9 and after.

Sheep are not generation in worlds 1.9 and later. My singleplayer created in 1.9 dosent have sheep, but the same seed world made in 1.8.9 has sheep, but new chunks stop spawning sheep in them.
