MC-98990Arms don't swing in 1st person view
In earlier versions, before there was a second hand in 1st person view, the arm swung back and forth. Now, neither hand swings. They both stay still, giving the feeling of gliding.
To reproduce:
1. Open Minecraft
2. Breath, because you are human
3. Walk around on the ground
