Mob hit tracking

Issue: Upon blocking a blow with a shield, zombies will not strike (or be able to strike from grace period?) if shield is held continually.

Steps to reproduce: Block a melee attack from a zombie and hold shield in raised position then lower.

This occurred in a cave when there is not much room to maneuver, back may have been up against wall when this occurred.
