1.9 exception access violation?

Of course I am supposed to search before creating a new issue but for the sole purpose of putting this out there in my frustration, its here. Very rarely have I been able to use the 1.9 version. If so, a few seconds into the loaded world, is an instant crash. I will provide t/he crash report below:
