Multiple crashes?

hello, so i recently updated to 1.9 and i get to log on and play, but i can only play for about 4-5 minutes then i crash instantly. to "trigger" it, i flew a little ways away after spawning a Shulker (i flew away because i have no idea what they do). Ive provided the crash log for the most recent time Ive played which was a couple of minutes ago.
