Special blocks, mobs, and animals have broken/warped models.

What I expected to happen was: A normal world creation and game play.

What actually happened was: Textures where warped/destroyed and
a bunch of blocks off the ocean floor where in a star-shape and where spinning out of control following my player.*

Also, i could not figure out any easy way to fix this, i rebooted my computer, minecraft, and reloaded the level.

Steps to Reproduce:
I do not know how to Reproduce this, it happens at random moments.
