HELP IT DOESN'T WORK

When I launch the game it's fine but when I am at the menu it's laggy, but that's not the problem, the problem is that when I launch either a singleplayer world or a server running 1,9 it just crashes and yes I do launch with the 1,9 PLEASE HELP ME
