crashing and glitching

i joined a game and it crashed

What I expected to happen was...:
to just continue placing ladders and digging stone
whit the F3 info
What actually happened was...:
it just crashed when i mined some stone just while pressing F3

Steps to Reproduce:
1. i join a singleplayer map "you made"
2. ... start digging a mine shaft 2x3 whit ladders "height 67+ in extreme hills"
3. ...go to around level 30 and press F3
