1.9 Bow animation

The bow animation doesn't work properly in the off-hand

What I expected to happen was...:
I thought the animation would be the same as it is in the main hand

What actually happened was...:
the item was animated but the arms did not move

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Put a bow in your offhand
2. Go in F5
3. Pullback the bow
