*What actually happened was the head of the villager was swinging randomly.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place a villager in a boat (1.9)
2. Go sit in the boat with the villager. (Standing on the boat will give the same effect.) (See Photo's how to stand)
3. Now the villager's head is swinging.
