makeing and joining worlds and servers

first when I updated to 1.9 I made a creative world to see the new stuff but when I started to fly around I began to glitch like blocks missing/moving around then I went to my server and then it started again (see screenshot below).
ps sorry for the swear in the screenshot it was an accident.
