Textures bugged out

I am playing minecraft 1.9, happy that i can finally play after 12 hours of doing stuff, and I see this cow, and the whole thing is made up of tiny cubes and multiple utters. I have no idea what is going on. Im guessing its a texture bug. http://prntscr.com/a9nf0z is where it is shown
