Recource Packs show incorrect steve/alex skin and incorrect places of crafting table

There is a glitch with some recource packs that messes up the crafting table and steve skin, i haven't expirenced this issue with some texture packs like nostaliga craft (beta 1.8 sounds) but can you please fix this
