The Bug:

Cacti can survive despite end rods being placed adjacent to them.

Steps to Reproduce:

Place down a cactus.
Place down an end rod next to it.
Take note as to whether or not cacti can survive despite end rods being placed adjacent to them.

Observed Behavior:

Cacti can survive.

Expected Behavior:

Cacti would not be able to survive and would instead be destroyed.
