Elytra "swimming"

Elytra swimming

What I expected to happen was...:
gone into water and elytra animation should have ended

What actually happened was...:
Elytra animation continued

Steps to Reproduce:
1. grab elytra
2. ... fly into water with it
3. ...animation will continue but swimming will be normal
