Ender Dragon gets stuck in end portal.

Ender dragon gets stuck in end portal.

It seems that the ender dragon is not moving how it should be. This started from the first Pre-Release of Minecraft 1.9. The ender dragon can't attack or move when he is stuck for at least 6 seconds then he just flys up and gets stuck again.
