No Visible Connection To Servers

When In multiplayer, all of my servers are listed 'Can't Connect' with no Icons or info. LAN servers have the same problem, none appear nor delete. Friends can join my server, but no connections show up, the other listed issues similar do not help and the fixes don't apply for me.
