Glitch thru blocks

When i have a block up on my head sneak jump and release sneak make me lose health

What I expected to happen was...:
Nothink

What actually happened was...:
i was given damage with no reason

Steps to Reproduce:
1. make sure you have a block up of your head
2. sneak and hold
3. jump and release sneak
4. here you go!!
