Can't scroll up in chat. Only 2 lines displayed when pressed "/"

Never seen before, please help!
Whenever I press "/" or "t" to bring up chat, It only displays 2 lines. I can't scroll up. I have reinstalled
The launcher twice, and installed both .exe version
And .MSI version. Still doesn't work. Please help.
