Changing "Cheats" on for re-created world with cheats on, turns it off

When you Re-Create a world that has "Cheats" turned on and you turn them on again, they will be off.

Doing so with a world that has them off will work.

To recreate:
make a world with cheats on,
re-create the world and turn cheats on again
cheats will be off
