Sounds Occurring Without Happening, Stair Lighting Bug, World Render bug

As I play through my single-player survival world, Every now-and-then a Minecart Rolling sound and Blocks Breaking sound appear on the subtitles.

I was standing in water in third person, and noticed some land was having some rendering issues.

While standing on upside-down stairs, the circle of shade the player creates vanishes when I move onto the block.
