Planting problems

Hello!
I found the same bug like in the Minecraft Snapshot 16w07a but in The Minecraft 1.9 Pre-Release 1 version.
When you are planting seeds or something else in a few moment half of planted seeds etc. they will jump out (droping).
Fix it please for 1.9
