When replacing a cow with a zombie chicken spawns

I was playing around with the commands and decided to change zombie to cow then turn cows back to zombie.But while doing this in peaceful diffiuculty I realize that chicken starts spawning all of a sudden.This might be a possible bug.Take a look at the video provided!
