Written Book Data is Exploitable!

Written Books can be exploited to append custom NBT data via hacking. When the contents of a written book are sent over plugin channels, the data is not cleaned, allowing for illegal enchants to be attached to the item. Attached to this issue is one such mod that performs this.

This issue is a critical exploit.
