Horses take damege after getting off them and sometimes die.

So I was riding my horse and I got off and I heard him take damage, then I got back on and sure enough he had taken two hearts of damage and there was nothing around to kill him. This same thing happened a few more times until I got off and the horse DIED!
How to recreate:
1. Get off a horse.
