Minecraft wont start

When i try to start minecraft either in a third party launcher or by itself i get a box that pops up saying "Unable to start the Minecraft Runtime Environment. This is most likely caused by a corruption. Please try to reinstall Minecraft."

I have reinstalled minecraft about 4 times to see if that was the problem. As well as updating all my drivers on my computer and reinstalling JAVA. This did not solve the problem either. If i only download the minecraft.exe file, it is about a 50/50 chance that just normal minecraft will start up as well or i will get the error code above.
