Inverted/Unrotatable player head

The player's head cannot rotate on its z axis. This seems to be an issue related to the PlayerMP class as this bug doesn't apply to their own character as shown in the screenshots below. This only a graphical issue and does not effect gameplay in any away. This is only a player related issue.
