inventory items are in inventory but can not be seen.

I picked up a couple carrots and in the past a couple gems, and if you hover your cursor over the spot it says what it is, however, there is no picture. You can't tell anything is there unless you have 2 or more and the number shows.

Happens in chests, inventory, crafting table, etc.
