Biomes set as settings in a Custom/Flat world don't coincide with world generated biomes.

Hi.

I want to create a map with a custom biome. I set all the settings and I created the world. But the biome wasn't that one I selected before.

For example,

I created a flat world with Plains biome.

It's a flat world with Hills/Forest/another biome.
