Mobs and other players no longer turn their heads / Head rotation for all entities is no longer updated

The bug

The rotation for all entities is no longer updated causing them to face in the wrong direction.

When you lure a pig with a carrot on a stick, the head of the pig is not aligned correctly. When the pig reaches you and stops moving the body rotates to face the same direction as the head.
