When tall grass is destroyed from the bottom block, the texture of a Peony is briefly displayed

What I expected to happen was...:
The block would disappear as normal.

What actually happened was...:
The block displayed the texture of a peony for a split second

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Find or place a tall grass block
2. Destroy from bottom block

-Works in both single player and on servers
-Works in both Creative and Survival modes
