when you create a sign through commands, the text you've written doesn't appeare on

What I expected to happen was that creating a sign using commands appeared it with the text i've written on.

What actually happened was the sign appear without any text on. I created a command block with this command before the bug occursed and it worked, but since i don't know how much snapshots, using the command, it no longer works.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. use a command block to create a sign through the "/setblock" command
2. write any text in it and activate the command block

(i know that you, staff of mojang, can do this simple steps, but i followed the instructions to write this Description)
