Player teleports through grass path blocks

When you teleport somewhere and the block below where you tp is grass path (pressed dirt), you just fall through! I don't know if this is intended or something but to it looks like a bug.

Update- I did accidently tp INSIDE the block- But in this clip here where I discover my mistake, At 1:48 I find another bug
