1.9 Snapshot Spawning Bug

When I die in Survival Mode with Open With Lan with Cheats Enabled, I spawn further away from my original spawnpoint each time I die.

What I expected to happen was that I would spawn where I first spawned after my world generated.

What actually happened was I spawned away from my orginal spawnpoint.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Generate a World in Survival without doing anything
2.Check your coordinates
3. Open the world to LAN with cheats
4. do /gamerule keepInventory true
5. Die in anyway
6.Check your coordinates, it should be different!
